Versatile IT is a Northern Rivers based IT support provider helping small to medium businesses across the Northern Rivers and North Coast of NSW manage, secure, and get more out of their technology.
With services covering Managed Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, business IT support, remote support, and modern workplace systems, Versatile IT focuses on one thing above everything else: making technology easier to use, easier to manage, and more reliable for the businesses that depend on it every day.
Their work is practical, clear, and focused on real outcomes. No unnecessary complexity. No confusing tech talk. Just straightforward support that helps businesses keep their systems running smoothly and their people working confidently.
Versatile IT already had systems in place that worked well for their business, including Microsoft Bookings, Splashtop remote support, and their SuperOps AI client portal. The goal was never to replace what was working. It was to bring everything together into a cleaner, more polished, and more accessible online experience that better reflected the level of service they actually provide.
Versatile IT already had a website that suited the business at the time, but as the business continued to grow, it needed something more polished, flexible, and easier for clients to use.
The goal was to refresh the online presence without losing what was already working well behind the scenes.
Rather than replacing tools like Microsoft Bookings, Splashtop remote support, and the SuperOps AI client portal, the focus was on bringing them together in a clearer, more accessible way through the website. Making it easier for both new and existing clients to find what they needed, take the next step, and get the support they were looking for.
Sometimes the best starting point is what is already there.
The website was redesigned and rebuilt using WordPress and Breakdance Builder, creating a cleaner, more flexible online presence that better reflects the level of service Versatile IT provides.
The focus was on improving clarity, access, and trust, while keeping the experience practical and familiar for both new and existing clients.
This included:
Everything was built to feel professional, easy to navigate, and ready to grow with the business.
The website was built to feel clear and easy to use across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
This was especially important for an IT support business, where clients may need to quickly book a support session, access remote assistance, or find the right contact pathway without digging through the site.
The updated website gives Versatile IT a stronger, more professional online presence, while still supporting the tools and systems the business already uses and trusts.
Clients can now find service information, book appointments, access remote support, download the correct support software, and reach the client portal all from one easy-to-use location. Everything they need, exactly where they expect it to be.
It gives Versatile IT a clearer digital foundation that works better for current clients today, and supports the growth of the business tomorrow.
This project was not about changing everything for the sake of it.
Versatile IT already had systems in place that worked for the business. Microsoft Bookings for appointments. Splashtop for remote support. A SuperOps AI client portal for existing clients. The goal was never to replace those tools. It was to refine, organise, and present them in a way that felt clearer, more polished, and easier for clients to find and use.
The result is a website that feels fresh and professional, while still staying practical and familiar for the people who rely on it every day.
This project was completed in collaboration with App Forge , a family-owned Australian web and hosting business. App Forge provided the managed hosting and technical foundation, with Australian-based servers, security, backups, and real local support all taken care of.
That means Versatile IT can focus on running their business while the website is looked after by actual people who are easy to reach and ready to help when something is needed.
Misha's Creative Studio focused on the design, content structure, and user experience. App Forge handled the technical side. Together, the result is a website that is professionally built, locally supported by real humans, and ready to grow with the business over time.

Every business starts with a reason.
Maybe it began with something you love, something you noticed, something you wanted to change, or a way you knew you could help.
That story matters, because it shapes how your business should feel, what your customers need to understand, and how your website should support you.
You don’t need to have the perfect words yet. Just tell me where you’re at, what you’re working on, or what feels unclear.
We can build from there.
