Versatile IT already had systems in place that worked well for their business, including Microsoft Bookings, Splashtop remote support, and their SuperOps AI client portal. The goal was never to replace what was working. It was to bring everything together into a cleaner, more polished, and more accessible online experience that better reflected the level of service they actually provide.

The website was redesigned and rebuilt using WordPress and Breakdance Builder, creating a cleaner, more flexible online presence that better reflects the level of service Versatile IT provides.

This project was completed in collaboration with App Forge , a family-owned Australian web and hosting business. App Forge provided the managed hosting and technical foundation, with Australian-based servers, security, backups, and real local support all taken care of.
That means Versatile IT can focus on running their business while the website is looked after by actual people who are easy to reach and ready to help when something is needed.
